What we collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information you give us<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number.<\/li>\n<li>Account details if you create an account (your email address and a password we store only in hashed form).<\/li>\n<li>Order history, saved items, and any notes or messages you send us.<\/li>\n<li>Content of correspondence with our client care team.<\/li>\n<li>If you subscribe to The Liorvenne Letter, the email address you provide.<\/li>\n<li>If you request a private appointment, the contact details and preferences you share.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information collected automatically<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical data such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system and screen size.<\/li>\n<li>Usage data such as the pages you view, the products you look at, referring pages, and how long you spend on a page.<\/li>\n<li>Session data generated by our shopping cart so that items you add stay in your bag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information from third parties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment outcome and fraud-screening signals from our payment providers (for example whether a payment was authorised, declined, or flagged for manual review).<\/li>\n<li>Delivery confirmation and tracking updates from our shipping carriers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not knowingly collect special-category data (such as health data or data revealing ethnic origin, religion or political opinions). We receive only a transaction reference, the last four digits of the card (where the provider passes this on), the amount, the currency and the authorisation result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The payment methods available to you are the ones displayed at checkout at the time of your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Shipping and delivery partners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To deliver your order we share your name, delivery address, phone number where required, and the contents of the parcel with the carrier that performs the delivery. Carriers may contact you directly about delivery and may keep their own records of the delivery, including a proof of delivery and, in some cases, a geolocation record at the point of handover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cookies and similar technologies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies. These keep your shopping bag contents, remember whether you are logged in, hold WooCommerce session information, and protect our forms against spam. Without them the store cannot function, so they cannot be switched off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that build a profile of you across other websites.
